SO WHAT ACTUALLY IS THE GOOD HOOK?

You know those store bought racer back bra clips that turn your ordinary bras into a racer back style, but they’re often difficult to use on your own, or the clips fling off while you’re trying to squeeze into your bra? Well, THE GOOD HOOK is a better version of those.

THE GOOD HOOK is a new style of racer back bra clip that you attach to your bra straps BEFORE putting your bra on. You then PUT YOUR BRA ON AS NORMAL and hook the clips together. When you’re done simply remove the clips and your bra returns to a normal bra with parallel straps.

You might choose to use THE GOOD HOOK when you want to wear shoulder revealing clothing but you don’t want your bra straps to show.

 

HOW DO I USE THE GOOD HOOK?

THE GOOD HOOK is so easy to use, simply LENGTHEN. SLIDE. HOOK:

  • LENGTHEN bra straps to their longest point.
  • SLIDE clips onto bra straps. For this step ensure the hook and eye face towards each other, form a LOOP with your bra strap and SLIDE one clip onto each strap. Making a LOOP with your bra strap is the most important step - it will be very difficult to slide the clips onto a flat strap.
  • Lock clips onto bra straps. Turn strap over and slide tube along the centre bar until it closes the gap - you can do this with the tip of your fingernail. Repeat on other strap.
  • Put bra on as normal and HOOK clips together.

HOW DO I REMOVE THE GOOD HOOK?

THE GOOD HOOK is simple to remove:

  • Unhook clips and remove bra.
  • Slide tube across centre bar of clip to expose the gap.
  • Gently stretch bra strap above and below the clip and slide clip off. Repeat on other strap.
  • Gently wipe clips with a damp cloth and store in THE GOOD HOOK pouch ready for their next use.

 

WHAT ARE THE GOOD HOOK TUBES USED FOR?

THE GOOD HOOK clips come with 6 x small silicon tubes that allow you to "LOCK" the clips onto your bra straps. Your clips come with the tubes already attached.

If you prefer, you can use the clips without the tubes - simply slide the tubes off the clips and store in THE GOOD HOOK pouch ready for their next use.

 

WHAT BRA STRAP WIDTH IS THE GOOD HOOK BEST SUITED TO?

THE GOOD HOOK suits bra straps up to 1.4cm wide (approximately 0.5 inches wide).

 

WHAT IF MY BRA STRAPS ARE WIDER THAN 1.4CM (0.5 INCHES)?

MATERIALS

THE GOOD HOOK bra clips are made from nylon powder coated iron that is certified by Oeko-Tex® as safe to be worn against the human body. It is made from the same materials that most rings and sliders on bras are made from. Pre-test for skin sensitivity and if irritation or redness occurs discontinue use.

THE GOOD HOOK tubes are made from 100% silicone elastomer, are medical grade and non-toxic. Pre-test for skin sensitivity and if irritation or redness occurs discontinue use.

 

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

Wipe clean with a damp cloth. Do not machine wash – remove clips and tubes from bra straps before machine washing bra. Do not iron. Store in THE GOOD HOOK pouch when not in use.

Not a fan of waste? Neither are we. That’s why we use minimal packaging and send our product in a reusable pouch that you can use for the life of the product. The only thing you will pop in the bin is a small plastic bag that is used to protect the product and pouch during transit. The envelope your product arrived in can go in the recycling bin.
