THE GOOD HOOK delivers Australia-wide and internationally. We aim to post orders within 1 – 2 business days. We will email you when your order has been dispatched.

 

DOMESTIC SHIPPING (within Australia)

Express Delivery AUD $5.

Usually delivered within 1 – 4 business days.

 

FREE LOCAL DELIVERY in December 2024 to the following Melbourne suburbs:

Prahran, Armadale, Toorak, South Yarra, Malvern, Malvern East, Glen Iris, Caulfield (including North, South and East), St Kilda East, St Kilda, Elwood, Elsternwick and Ripponlea.

Usually delivered within 1 – 2 days.

 

Standard Delivery will return in January 2025.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Standard International Delivery AUD $11.75 (up to 250g – for reference one set of clips weighs 20g).

For international orders, please allow 15+ business days for your order to arrive.

 

For international orders, please note your merchandise may be subject to import duties, fees, taxes and additional customs clearance charges which are determined once your shipment reaches your country and are payable by you. We recommend contacting your local customs office to find out the exact amount. THE GOOD HOOK is not liable for, nor responsible for, such import duties, fees, taxes or charges.

Orders shipped internationally may be subject to customs clearance procedures that can cause delays beyond our control. If you choose to refuse a shipment from THE GOOD HOOK you are responsible for the original shipping charges at a cost to duties, fees, taxes and/or customs charges incurred, and the cost of return shipping.

 

CHANGES OR CANCELLATIONS

If you would like to cancel or modify your order, please email us immediately with your order number and all the details of your request at info@thegoodhook.com. Once the shipping and delivery process has commenced, unfortunately we are unable to change or cancel the order.

 

DELAYED OR LOST DELIVERIES

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that a safe and secure delivery address is provided and that all shipping information is entered accurately. We will not be liable for non-delivery or incorrect delivery as a result of an incorrect address entered at checkout. Please note that once your order has been dispatched we cannot control and are not responsible for any shipping delays or delivery issues and do not offer refunds on shipping costs for shipments that do not meet the delivery timeframes given by Australia Post or third party couriers. If you have not received your order within 21 days, please email us at info@thegoodhook.com and we will do our best to assist you. For lost deliveries, please email us at info@thegoodhook.com within 30 days of placing your order. We cannot guarantee a reship or refund for customers who contact us outside of this timeframe.
