RETURNS

We love our product so much and we want you to love it too! However, if your purchase from THE GOOD HOOK doesn’t live up to your expectations, we offer full refunds within 30 days of your order date. Please note returns (excluding faulty items) will not be accepted outside of this timeframe.

To request a refund for your purchase email returns@thegoodhook.com with your order number for instructions on how and where to return the product. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

All items must be returned in the same condition you received them and must be returned in the original THE GOOD HOOK pouch they were delivered in. Items to be returned per pack include: 3 x sets of clips (6 pieces in total), 6 x tubes, 1 x instruction booklet and 1 x THE GOOD HOOK branded pouch.

The cost of return postage is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend you return your package to us via Registered Post, as you assume risk for loss, theft or damage during transit. THE GOOD HOOK will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit.

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund is approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days (refunds cannot be issued to a different payment method, card or bank account). If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you have not received your refund, please email us at returns@thegoodhook.com.

In the unlikely event that you received a product that is damaged or faulty, please contact us to arrange a replacement or refund. Please email returns@thegoodhook.com with your order number including a photo of the damaged or faulty product to commence the returns process. Postage for damaged or faulty returns will be free of charge.

Our returns policy is offered in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
